We have a new Yoga class beginning this Wednesday night at 7:45. I highly encourage all our athletes to give it a shot. It will improve your flexibility and mobility, which will in turn, increase your gains at the gym. You can use this as your weekly or bi-weekly mobility. If you have any questions shoot me an email.

3×5 Pendlay Rows Pendlay Rows Demo

Rest 30 seconds after each lift and do max effort dead-hang pull-upschin-ups (no Kip).

If you do not have a dead-hang pull-up, use the lightest band possible and do dead-hang pull-ups, or do max ring-rows from a challenging foot position. The Pendlay Rows are a new movement for us so take it easy warming up until you feel comfortable adding some weight. This is an excellent movement to strengthen your back.
