If you missed yoga on Wednesday, don’t worry, we have a class again Saturday morning at 10:30. We all can use a little yoga to improve our flexibility and mobility. Another benefit in addition to the reasons listed on Wednesday is stress relief. Stress in our body creates a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol can inhibit fat loss as well as strength gains. And who the hell wants to have stress in their life. See you Saturday morning!
