Hi All. I have received some questions and concerned regarding the Barbell Club and its effect on the General CrossFit class. It will have minimal effect on the class program. The only change is we will not be consistently having a strength portion before the conditioning portion. We still will have plenty of strength days throughout the week, just not as consistent or rep scheme. We may also include a whole session on lifting. The Barbell Club is for those interested in keeping a steady progression in their lifts. I will be implementing 3 different programs for the club depending on each athletes skill level. Again, please don’t hesitate with questions.
