Many athletes are using the Studio for active recovery.  This is a great way to prepare or restore for the open.
Saturday we have a power vinyasa with Jeanne from 9:00-10:15 and 10:30-11:30 with Beth.

If you would like to participate on the CCCF Endurance team, we will meet up at 10 AM today to discuss the plan.
