Power Cleans (40 % of 1 RM)
* we will move back and forth from PC and the burpees for 8 sets of each.
Bench floor press 3 reps every 30 seconds (approx.) for 5 minutes (work on speed of the bar with about 60-70% of max)
Close grip bench 3 x 10
Press 3 x 12
