Thank you to all the members who brought someone to our Free Saturday class this weekend.
The gym was full,we had a lot of energy and people working hard. It was awesome to share what we do with so many new faces and we hope to see them in the gym again someday as CCCF members and part of our family. If you had someone and they couldn’t make it have them email us. Their first sessions is always free!
Our Pink Boot Camp program and Elements starts Monday. Make sure to introduce yourself to new faces around the box and make people feel welcome.
We won’t be having a potluck this Thursday, but we will back on the week after.
