This month we are going to add back the goal board. We will write down a goal that is achievable by June 1st. Set an attainable goal yet challenging. Each day think about what steps you are taking to achieve it.

Even: 5 Deadlifts (moderate load)

Odd: a gymnastics GOAT (something you need to work on) 3-5 reps i.e. HSPU, Pull-ups etc

Cash-out: 4 x 100 M tire pulls, or prowler push
