Two Parts (12 minutes each with 1 minute rest between)

A.) 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats
B.) 15 OH walking lunges, 10 weighted sit-ups, 5 plate burpees

For section B, pick a weight that can be used throughout the entire 12 minutes for all 3 movements
