If you are interested in joining the Barbell Club, we are having an information and programming meeting today at 10 AM.  We will make sure we are done in a timely fashion so everyone can go enjoy the sunshine.  If you cannot attend today but still want to join, we are holding another meeting on Wednesday at 5:30.  Thanks.

Workout A

Box Jumps (24″/20″)

KB Swings (53#/35#)

Run 400m

Workout B

Pull Ups

Deadlifts (185#/135#)

Push Press (75#/55#)

Run 400m

Partners: One team member completes 21 of each Workout A exercise while the other partner completes 21 of each Workout B exercise, then the team runs 400m.  Then they swap and do 21 of the alternate workout (you do what your partner just did). Then run 400m. Then 15 and then 9 of each doing the same.
