The weather is extremely hot these couple days and water is crucial. Please don’t forget to hydrate.  Make it a point to get your fluids in.  If you become thirsty it’s too late.

Every Minute on the minute for 10 minutes: 1 Squat Clean, 2 Jerk (Split or Push).  These should be heavy but manageable throughout the 10 minutes.

Then:

3 rounds for time

6 Bar-Facing Burpees

9 Push Press 115/75#

12 KB Lunges 25/45# plate  (done in place, alternating legs)

15 Pullups
