Deadlift 5 rm (work up to a 5 rep max.  this should take multiple sets to get warm.  it should take at a minimum 5 sets to get anywhere close to achieving a true 5 rm)

then 3 rounds for time:

200 M Run

15 KB Swings

10 Pull-ups

5 HSPU

then

25 Burpees
