AMRAP 25

200 M Run then 3 sets of:

15 Air Squats

10 Push-ups

5 Ring Dips

so 1 round is 200 m run and then 3 times through the squats, push-ups, pull-ups

-Hope everyone had a good 4th. This wod should do the trick for a good sweat
