Every Minute on the minute for 6 minutes: 1 Squat Clean, 2 Jerk (Split or Push).  These should be heavy but manageable throughout the 12 minutes.

Then:

5 rounds for time of (24 min. time cap)

6 Bar-Facing Burpees

9 Push Press 115/75#

12 OH Lunges 25/45# plate  (done in place, alternating legs)

15 Pullups
