SKILL WORK: for 10 minutes 2-8 reps of a skill movements on the minute. i.e muscle ups, ring dips, pull-ups etc

For time:

12-10-8-6-4-2 Handstand Push Up (sub is 2 Hand Release Push-ups per HSPU)

2-4-6-8-10-12 Power Cleans (135, 85#)

L2: 165# and Deficit HSPU (Paralettes or bumpers)
