Skill: 10 minutes to work the hang squat clean with only a barbell. Practice the catch at the bottom and driving up through your heels. This also serves as a great warm-up for the front squats

EMOM 8: 3 Front Squats

For time:

400 M Run with a plate (25/45), but at some point on the run complete 50 Walking OH Lunges. You can break them up any way you want. We will be doing this in the alley, essentially doing 2 x 200’s
