Bear Complex work
A. 12 minutes to Work up to a max load Bear Complex (Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk + Back Squat + Push Jerk)
B. 30 Bear Complex’s for time – use 60% of the load that you successfully got in “A”.
If you are not familiar with or are uncomfortable receiving the bar on your back, you will perform a front instead. so it will be two front squats in the complex.
Cash out: Spend 5-10 minutes working on hip stretches and mobility
