Up for the challenge? 48 days of challenging yourself physically and mentally both inside and outside of the gym.  Be rewarded for good choices and get punished for bad choices!  The choice is up to you!  How will your points tally at the end?

In order to compete for the prizes and to be crowned the winners  you must have pre and post photos and pre and post body measurements, (sometime before Saturday, we will be doing measurements and rules at 10am) pre and post benchmark workouts.  All benchmark workouts will be done on Thursday at any class time. (No make ups) The cost of the challenge is $30 to be split between the two winners.  Points will be rewarded on positive, negative and neutral values. Points will be rewarded for how many times you wod a week, how many paleo meals you eat a day,  Bonus points will be rewarded for Firken run, how much water you drink,  and if you turn in of a weekly log on time. Deductions will be alcoholic, coffee milkshakes type drinks and soda beverages, cheat meals, and not turning a weekly log.
