Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

*This is going to be our baseline that we are going to be using in the next few months to work off of percentages.  i.e 70% of 1RM backsquat.  This is also going to be our first workout in the nutritionalperformance to challenge to measure our improvements.  We will be doing it again n four weeks to measure our improved strength gains*
