20 Power Snatches/Power Cleans (95, 65#)

20 Toes to Bar/Ab Mat Sit-ups

10 Squat Snatches/Squat Clean (95, 65#)

10 Toes to Bar/Ab Mat Sit-ups

-You can choose between the cleans or snatches and between the Toes to Bar (or any scaled version like knees to elbows or knees to tummy) and Ab Mat Sit-ups
