Part 1: 10 Minutes to work up to a triple weighted push-up.  You will work with a partner to help add weight or chains to the back of your partner. You may work form the knee position if you usually scale push-ups

Odd: 10 Russian KB Swings

Even: 10 Shoulder to Overhead (jerks, push press, press)
