Power Yoga Saturday at 11:00
Candlelight Yin Yoga Sunday at 5:30.
CCCF members if you have Yoga with your membership please check in to wodify under yoga so we can determine the class need. Suggested donation $10 per class for drop in.
We will get some running in today, considering the weather is set to turn COLD Tuesday.
