Back Squat followed directly by a Front Squat

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death by Squat Cleans:
First Minute: 1 Squat Cleans (85/135)
Second Minute: 2 Squat Cleans
Go until You cannot complete all of the reps. Rest 2 Minute, drop 50% of reps (round up) and continue for 5 additional minutes.
Ex: I get to 9 completed, I fail on 10. I will wait 2 minutes, and do 5 reps for 5 additional minutes
*choose a weight you can get at least 5 reps in a minute with.
