Hi All. We have had a lot of athletes inquire about both the Barbell Club and the Oly Club. We are going to make much bigger gains using more time to devote to strength training.
I have also received some questions and concerned regarding the Barbell Club and its effect on the General CrossFit class. It will have minimal effect on the class program. The only change is we will not be consistently having a strength portion before the conditioning portion. We still will have plenty of strength days throughout the week, just not as consistent or rep scheme. We may also include a whole session on lifting. The Barbell Club is for those interested in keeping a steady progression in their lifts. I will be implementing 3 different programs for the club depending on each athletes skill level.
