Carson City CrossFit Barbell Club represent the building blocks of strength. The Barbell strength program is programmed four days a week from a CrossFit Powerlifting, and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Coach. Barbell Club is strength program built upon the Squat, Deadlift, and Presses. Barbell Club is an Open Gym type format, and open six days a week.
