We have designed a program for men and women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible while keeping you in your comfort zone. This program will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by our CrossFit community.
This is your opportunity to make your goals happen. These classes have the newer athlete and beginner in mind.
Basic Basic is scaled down version of our regular CrossFit classes and focuses almost exclusively on teaching the nine foundational movements of CrossFit. This is a great program for anyone new to fitness or CrossFit. You will have longer skill sessions to get comfortable with the movement and the terminology of CrossFit. You may remain in CrossFit Basics classes indefinitely. CrossFit Basics classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday 6:30 P.m.
Bootcamp Bootcamp classes will focus on a boot camp style workout, functional body weight movements, kettlebells, medicine balls, sled pulls farmer carries, running and gymnastics. No barbell-work is featured in these classes. Expect the workouts to be longer in duration than typical CrossFit/CrossFit Basics class workouts.
