Personal training is for anyone who wants to build your general fitness base, gain familiarly with CrossFit movements as well as log your nutrition and get weekly feedback and meal planning. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include: weight loss, improved body composition, extra accountability, you have been sedentary for several years, you are new to exercise you are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor, you have specific performance oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.) and may require both in-season and off-season training regimes, you have significant health or orthopedic issues.
