Skill: Pullups!!!

Wod:
12 minute AMRAP
5 pullups
10 burpees
15 kettlebell swings
Note: In our first wods as a new “box” we are adding elements daily through our skill work. Elements in WODS are not likely to appear without being first featured in a skill work session. The WODS will gradually allow for more variety as our “toolbox” of elemental skills increases!

It is clear, right from the start, that the energy in this gym is going to be amazing!!!I love CrossFit, and you all exemplify the CrossFit family. I would gladly refer anyone I know to this gym.
