LifeCycle is Carson City’s first indoor premier cycling studio which offers 35- 60-minute classes. We have designed a studio for everyone. Our classes cater to all levels of fitness, experience, and age. Our program features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, bootcamp and personal Performance IQ training. Our personal performance training will empower you to do things you never through possible, while getting you in the best shape of your life. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience.

Want to get (a lot) stronger?
Our new 6 week Strong AF (Strong As F@$$) Cycle is an opportunity to spend 6 weeks working with Lief Larson developing your strength with the basic barbell lifts: Back Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Deadlift and Power Cleans, as well as some assistance exercises like Chin-Ups and Rows. Classes are 75 minutes long and available 2x per week.
At Carson City CrossFit, we offer more than CrossFit classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with athletes to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a CrossFit-based coach. As a result, they see big improvements in overall health, agility, strength, mobility, and endurance.
These Personal Training sessions are catered to fit your needs and goals. Most sessions are 1-on-1 but we can add 1-2 other people if you have a family member or friend interested in training with you.
